If You're Ready to Apply

I'll send you a secure application link and a document checklist. Most people complete the application in 20-30 minutes. Once I have your documents, I can typically issue a preapproval within 24-48 hours.

When I'm Available

I work around my clients' schedules. While normal business hours are typical, I'm available for calls and texts in the evenings and on weekends when needed.

Buying a home doesn't always happen during banker's hours. I get that. Don't hesitate to reach out.
